Financial Modeling PropTech Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Financial Modeling PropTech Analyst. In this role, you will work on our ModelTree financial modeling platform, developing advanced real estate and private equity cash flow models for our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend real estate analysis with IT tools, providing insights into market-leading investment practices and software solutions.

What you'll do:

• Develop real estate and private equity cash flow models using the ModelTree platform.
• Assist customers with ModelTree analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with our analyst team to manage support and helpdesk operations.
• Participate in ModelTree software development by providing feedback and suggesting improvements.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of work experience in the real estate investment market.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Relevant studies or work experience in finance or real estate management.
• Fluent in English.

Will be a plus if you had experience with:

• Knowledge or experience with investing.
• Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or German.
