Markus Asikainen establishes M2 Financial Modeling Group, to develop Excel-based automation tools for property portfolio valuation and investment management analytics. During next few years all major Finnish property valuers, pension institutions, fund managers and property investors have taken this tool - M2 Valuation Model - into use.
